Welp I have been right in the middle of the field, doing about 2-3 tbsp per 4.5 gal brew... seems to be working well... I am bubbling for 48-72 hours and adding as I go... one at the beginning, one the second day, one the third.

Wow that's more molasses than I've been using, but I have also been adding a bit more for the longer bubbles and I feel like i've been getting better results with that... probably adding about 3 tbs total... maybe I'll go a lil heavier on it...
