Glad had a procedure done where they take a huge needle with a auger inside. They insert this into your disc and remove material and reduces the bulge. Still have back pain but no more leg pain knock on wood.

Put some hydroton in a jar fill with water take ph reading wait a couple hours shake and take ph reading. Do the same with peat cubes.
