Yes this is a male plant, your plant looks like you have some major nutrient deficiencies...you may want to adjust your nutrients to have better results. I am not sure how to get females rather than males... all I know is I have just kept them warm while germinating and put as little stress on...

nice plants, give them another 2-3 weeks flowering, just watch them for trichome development and/or pistil coloration. Good job and enjoy :)
