Well the lights are on and my girl is awake for the day. Everything looks in order, especially the branches from the lst i did. I introduced the bloom nute today thr npk is 15-30-15.

Yea I'm talkinng about the plants stretching toward the light. With only one bulb or the lights too far away the plant will grow up until it gets close enough to the light to get the energy it needs, they will eventuall fall over if you don't corret this. And I don't kow anything about LED...

nope they make the plants stretch badly. When you get your lights you need to get a few of them b/c one cfl simply doesn't work

Just get a timer from walmart they're like 10 bucks for a digital one. The kelvins should be on the packaging it may say daylight or soft white. Daylight is what you need until you want to flower then switch to soft white which is 2700k.

Make sure the bulbs are 6500 k or daylight bulbs for your veg stage. you can keep the lights on 24 hours if you want but I think that the plants need a "sleep" period and almost everything I've read says that 18 on 6 off is the best.

About 2-3 inches is where i've kept my lights any further t han that the plants start to stretch. You can get them as close as an inch probably. A good way to tell if it's going to burn your plant is to put your hand in between the bulb and the plant if there yr hand doesn't get hot then it...

I charged my camera and took a few pics of it and one of the bud sites maybe they will look better than the phone.

Figured I'd try to open up the canopy a little bit and expose the middle of the plant since it looks like the spot I topped at has some potential to be a nice bud site. I'm using my phone so the pic isn't a good one but you can kinda get the idea.
