well if by "healing" you mean will they come back, most likely no. unless you veg forever. but if you keep them vegging for 2 weeks and they are still thriving the chances of them undergoing further stress will be reduced.

usually when i veg for 3-4 weeks i've gotten aroundan ounce per plant. if you're trying to get 2 ounces i would veg for 6-8 weeks. just make sure you have enough room cuz they will get tall.

ya the yellowing could be nitrogen. also make sure you're bulb isnt too close to your plants. ive made the mistake a couple times of keeping the bulb too close and it burns my plants.

i wouldnt even fuck with that sugar yeast method with this many plants in that size room. invest in a can of co2 and a regulator, you will be so happy you did. its only like 250 bucks for the set.
