Cup or bucket of water next to them. keep your fans going so that mold can't set in..... This will put moisture back in. but i think that it doesnt matter that much mate. you can cure them dry. as your only containing flavour. Curing is just another way of getting any remaining moisture...

For that money you may be able to get a 250w HPS and make your own reflector for it. Or 2 x 125 w Red spectrum CFL lights.... Ebay it for a look to see what light you can get for that... I would say add an extra $10 mate and you a go for some huge buds.....
