@Feva Haven't grown that strain, but it looks VERY small for 28 days, not very healthy. Size-wise it looks more like it's around 8 days old, not 28 days, not to mention the damage to the leaves. I think you have a variety of things going on with that plant, and none of them are good. Good luck.

Very difficult to tell anything from those pics, they're extremely blurry. Try turning macro on with your camera if it has that setting (most do), and that should allow you to take close-up pics that are in focus. There might be other settings you can change as well that affect focus, so...
