When you make your cut, are you immediately putting them into a glass of water? If not try this, if you don't sometimes air will get into your cut and cause problems. Cut, place in glass of water, scrape, re-cut, apply to solution of choice, apply to medium of choice.

Willow tree branches cut up and soaked in water for a week or 2. The water is then used for the new cuttings. Natural rooting hormones are found in Willow Tree Bark.

I believe you may have that wrong. MJ likes Fungal Dominant soils and tea's, hence the acidic growing environment. Bacteria likes High pH, Fungi likes Low pH. When making and brewing our tea's, they should be Fungal Dominant. We have to work hard to build the fungi and keep it populated, it...
