I would just seal up those tent ducts really good. Stand inside the tent and close her up , check for any light leaks. If you have stuff sealed up good then a 25 pound co2 tank should last you quite a while you will know when you are losing too much co2 because your tank will be empty in a few...

I never ran co2 in a tent but as long as you can keep the tent cool and seal off every duct hole in the tent you should be okay. How are you going to cool your tent? A portable AC will just suck out all your co2. How many plants are you growing.
