Start them inside for at least 30 days.. I love premier pro-mix.. these soils tend to dry out quickly so water often.

Looks like your water.. filter it with a brita jug and then set your PH. The number one cause of damaged plants is the minerals in the water (never use the hot water tap). Try it.
