with a space that smal you would prob need to use cfls and do some intense lst to get anything worth fucking with, but it can be done

make sure if you get the pc fans that they are the kind that run on 110 volts and not the ones that are 12 volts if you get the 12 volt ones you will need to get a wall adapter that you would use to say charge a cell phone and wire them up through that

theres half the problem as well bro the soft white bulbs are for flowering they have a kelvin rating of 2700 to 3000 which is not what your babies need right now you should be using daylight or full spectrum which will have a kelin rating of 6500 or so and they will look like they are blue...

thats the same thing i was thinking timmy. i would cut back on the watering till the soil was just dry as a bone then just add enough to wet it reall good i rarely get any runoff when i water i think personally that if you add lots of water to the nute added soil it releases to much for the lil...

ok have you overwatered and what kind of water are you using?

how many times have you watered these in the last week? you may be overwatering post some pics so we can see wait they look like

thanks again for the help budweaver i am using the paper clip hold down method and i am keeping the tip lower than anything else as well i can see the last three nodes before the tip have all started to push out new growth and cant wait till they come on out and really let me see them.

now if we can just get some of these hard core hid guys to just try cfls the right way they would be impressed.

ok so i also have another question since i fimed the plant and i have been keeping the light within a couple inches and my plant has stayed short and bushy would it hurt if i lowered the plant from the light to promote a lil stretch so i can speed up the process of getting it around the plant or...

post a pic and let us see what your working with if your plant has several sets of leaves you should be able to just top it ie. taking the top 4 or 5 nodes of and then skinning the bottom of that and root it and then that will leave you with two main branches when the plants recovers from the cut
