ph and ppm are completely different buddy ph is a measure of how basic or acidic something is... ppm is parts per million... basically saying how much crap is in the water thats not water... you can get by with ph test strips w/ the hempy bucket and you'll get a regimen down to where...

at home depot they don't have gigantic (like 20-30 lb bags) of perlite???

tbh, its not the nutes in MG perlite that makes it suck, just the quality of the perlite there's always random shit in the bags, like some soil and organic matter that must get in from their other products.... and better quality perlite is EASILY had home depot should carry giant bags...

every other day hempy's easy start in rockwool though, starting in straight perlite can be done, but can be touchy.... start a thread and i'd be happy to offer any advice i can to ya there!!! =]

yeah actually just expanded the flowering room this weekend to 4 x 2, and will be adding some extra room for my moms up above... willl be taking a bunch of clones soon... will get some shots then i think (in a day or two at most) ... get anything started yet?

i disagree w/ the auto flowering plants they're for outdo growers up north who don't have time for plants to finish normally... inside you should never need an autoflower there are a million different ways of growing BETTER genetics no matter the circumstance, except said exception above...

young prophet you can use a single room for your grow, the only reason to have seperate rooms is if your gonna keep moms/take clones grows from seed to harvest can be done without moving the plants once =]

... i don't really like the whole nute mix in one bottle... no "tweaking" is possible without adding something else what if you got a plant that really loves nitrogen? you don't want to have to also give it more potassium and phosphorus if not needed imo i like using the 2 of the 3 part...

those aren't NPK's but actually the amounts of mL per gallon of micro and bloom nutes from gh... i.e. 5 mL micro and 10 mL bloom then 8 ml micro and 16 ml bloom youngprophet... say you're making one gallon at a time... for veg put in 1 tsp of micro and 2 of bloom for that amount tbh...

it's delicious, and nice tight nuggies too, good frost content... but yeah the taste is said to be "mandarin orange"... which i kinda get... but it's not sweet sweet like that... but really orangy for sure!

most everything i have... agent orange, og kush, strawberry cough, lemon aire, cherry slyder x, purple spaceship are all for sure getting hit up... dunno if i'll hit the ogk x sd ibl, maybe?

everytime i've reused soil i've had algae problems... would use some h202 if i had it to see if it'd kick it, but didn't get around to that... easy enought to just use new perlite
