400/soil. i used to veg my plants with a 600 hps years ago, then i figured out you can veg with florescents. but i never had that hermie problem you speak of. i did hermie a few plants a while back by letting light interupt the 12 hours of sleep they needed numerous days out of the week.

this is pretty similar to my setup here, i did this real quick in paint just as example.... the only thing i dont do is push my air outside, i made a hole and push it to the room next door, and for the inlet i made a hole into the bathroom and let it suck in frsh air from the window in there...

hell yes. from the sounds of it, it seems like you have a very legit setup. i love most shure mics. i also like to use the 57s for Vox sometimes. i have the shure pg 6 piece setup for the drums plus i like to throw the cascade II ribbon mics for overheads. i have a vocal booth as well...
