Just my 2 bits, I grew out the Lowryder Dwarf Mix with great results, 8/10 germed, the 2 that didn't, I accidentally let dry out, all of the seeds that sprouted were female, close to an ounce a plant.

Some breeders recommend 20/4 lighting for autos, seems to work well for me.

I kinda figured there was something up when I read the link in the OP, it's a "cannabis addiction" forum, for what that's worth.

I don't know where you live, but I've been to head shops in several major cities, no seeds, hell, you can't even say bong in them or you'll get kicked out. Dispensaries occasionally carry seeds, but no seedbank breeders, usually they're local stock.
