Depends on your state. Here in Michigan you're allowed to grow outside as long as everything is fenced, locked, and not visible from the road or neighboring properties.

Count another vote for @diyled - his kits are top-notch and very nicely priced.

I think you'd be better off keeping your COBs as they are, but adding some 630/660 red strips (like HLG's QB11). Hang a couple between each row of COBs and get more even dispersement of red than you'd get by just slapping four QB96s up there.

That was the original version of the 324. The new ones are 54v and use LM301B, just like the 288.

Hmm. Skepticism is warranted, but if they're using legit LM561C or LM301B diodes, and if the drivers are efficient and reliable, that's quite a deal. Confirmation of the components is key though (and that can be quite a challenge when buying from Alibaba). Any indication of what reds they're using?
