LOL, i've been waiting for a comment about the soil.. I've never had a problem with it, but the fertilizer in it sucks for herb, I always have to use extra nutes..

I was doing it every other day for a month, but my girlfriend said I started to change so I quit.. Now I just do it once a month..

Also, take down the foil and put up some flat white paint..

Maybe get your lights closer to the plants, and put a light above that tall one in the corner..
