no "mate" I say they look like amanitas because of the white speckles and the reddish brown color coupled with the wide caps... there are many forms of amanita they're not all red.. anyways it was just an observation as there are many forms of psilocybe as well and I'm not an expert. fun fact...

no not hot or boiling water, you can try to give it real minimal stress in the last few day by watering it with frigid water and leaving it in the dark, it will respond by increasing in size and resin content by a small percentage.

you can flower whenever you want you just wont harvest as much as you would if you wait.
