what was the other strain? purple urkle is a heavy indica, it doesn't like the heat as much, thats probably why the leaves are coming up wavy. Are they crispy to the touch? any other info you can share?

Yeah, I think thats too close for an HPS, I think they have to be at least 3 feet above...although I'm not an expert, if anyone else knows the right distance of HPS from plants, please speak up! ...or you could check in the indoor growers section or google it

Looks like light/heat stress to me... How far away is your light(s)/what kind of 1000watt? HPS? LED? CFLs? Also, 85 degrees is just a bit too high for a constant temp, I've read that between 70-82 is the best for most strains/hybrids
