You might want to order fewer strains and instead increase the quantity of seeds per strain. Ordering just one of each leaves you with no fallback for grows gone south, and no phenotypical variance from which to choose the best keeper.

No. No need. The QB120 and QB132 were designed to be run without heatsinks. Just attach them to some aluminum channel for support.

I'd go for QB132s powered in parallel by the HLG-320H-36A. Save money running no heatsinks, and get better diode-spread.
