LST + Topping on a Mango plant. It's now 12 days into flower and is showing 5 potential main colas. Yay.

Looking good, but you may want to consider switching to a container that isn't clear. Light can damage the roots. Otherwise it's looking nice for 9 days into flower. It'll start growing a lot faster soon. Here's my Mango plant 4 days into flower And here it is at 12 days

Here's my Mango at 13 days of 12/12. Topped + LST. She's started growing unbelievably fast since I flipped the cycle. I also decided to try doing 12/12 from seed with a Sugar Black Rose freebie I got. It's only 7 days old and already looking very healthy.

Alright, there's a lot to update, so here we go. RIP - Goo The Goo was showing pistils and nanners and had to die. Since I stopped off at the hydro shop for some rockwool, I decided to try and clone it. Some say you can get feminized seeds with hermie pollen, so I figured I should try it out...

Your seedling does look a bit retarded, but maybe just give it a few days. Mine had two cotyledons but one broke off. It seems to be doing fine, albeit alittle slower than the others. I've got 9 more big widow seeds, so there should be a little room for error :bigjoint:

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. New pics and lots of info tonight, but I sadly had to chop down the Goo for being a hermie. All is well, I've added a new seed to the bunch and I have lots more coming up. Stay tuned.

Hmm, is a hermie really useful in any way? And will this hermie have the same genetics of the plant it grew from or could it still possibly carry a different phenotype?

I just found a seed in a bag of something called Malachi from CO, but I got to thinking... If I find a seed, since it's got new genetic material, would it technically be a different strain than the original Malachi in which it was found? This was the only seed found in the ounce, so I'm...

In theory you could cross breed until the cows come home and still get something good from it. Just not anything stable. It's like if you bred a bunch of different dogs over several generations. The new mutt probably wouldn't have anything wrong with it, but you probably wouldn't be able to get...

I wish I could find seeds some medical strains I found in LA. I haven't seen any breeders who carry them, so I suspect they're clone-only. Anyone ever heard of Black Domina, Black Diamond or Purple Deathcabbage? These were some of the darkest, hardest-hitting indicas I can remembers.

I just threw a couple seeds into the flower tent with my big kids. So far I've got Big Bud x White Widow, Sugar Black Rose and Kannabia Special with White Rhino on the way, so we'll see which strain is top dog for 12/12 soon enough. Cool idea, thanks for the inspiration.
