wow. am i glad i saw this thread...im planning to build a 7x8x7 room in my garage.and was going to insulate and sheet rock the inside to. so you say you can insulate and then put plywood up instead, or that bathroom sheet rock ?? y does the sheet rk make mold or mosture ??
