Sativas can take like 14ish weeks in flowering thats the downside of them sort of longer flowering. Give it a few more weeks and buds will start to form. Dont worry sativas take there time.

yeh but thats outside with the light source ontop. Inside with light source underneath i donno.

it wont work with the light source at the bottom. THe roots go with gravity.... and moisture coz they have auxins that get attracted to them. When u water the mosture will go down towards the light making the roots go down. or up if u know what i meant owards the surface which is not good and...
