I am planning on making a trip to the hydroponic store to look for some lighting for a small closet grow op and i was curious as to the proper etiquette i need to use. How can i get the best advice from the salesman without leading on that i am growing cannabis?

thanks man, My veg garden soil is a mixture of organic compost and manuer and thats it! I am pretty sure its a sativa strain because of the leaf shape and i expect an 11 week flowering period so hopefully by oct 1st i can harvest. Good luck.

good deal, thanks for the input. i also transfered it into the ground because of a rootbound problem and am a little concerned about height. it's about 4 feet right now so should i expect a six to eight foot plant.

i don't think it will be a problem but if i was you i would cover them with a garbage bag and tie off the ends for at least a little while. your plants don'tike to breathe fumes.
