First question...do you have a 30x microscope because just by looking at the pistils those don't look anywhere near ready. Granted, looking at pistils is not the best way to judge but it gives you a clue at least. Second, I use Humboldt Royal Flush and basically you don't mix any other nutes...

Bummer man. I've ordered from Attitude 4 times and got all 4 orders to the west coast of US in anywhere from 7 to 12 days. I don't know that I would keep calling the USPS though...seems like that might draw unwanted attention. It's not Attitudes fault though. All they do is drop it in the mail...

Thanks man. There's not a heck of a lot of difference between 20-4 and 18-6. Obviously the more light plants get the better the growth will be. It's a matter of personal preference. If you're concerned about electricity usage go with 18-6. Over a month that will be 60 less hours of usage. But...

You can, but transplanting is stressful and not recommended during flowering. On the other hand, two weeks is not that far into flowering so they'll have time to recover as long as you are gentle with them.
