I grew plants in a nightstand and if you wanna increase the yield a little in small spaces you better veg the plants. 12/12 from seed won't give you much, I tell you from experience.

Any material that's cheap and we may already have at home to use as a filter ? the computer fans I'm using are 12cm. I thought tea filters could be used but they are a bit small and may reduce the airflow too much.

For most 120/240V systems using cables of adequate ampacity, voltage drop is not a concern unless cable lengths are well over a hundred feet. if that's true then for 32 ft there should be no problem ¿? 4mm2 = 25 amps It's true that 6 amps may not be enough but 10 could be fine...

Is there any formula or some rule to calculate this ? Are you sure it needs to be that big ? coz that cable would be for more than 6000W (the details I have is that 4mm2 = up to 6000W)

Mine are 11 days old and the biggest roots are just 0.5cm long. The thing is that they took 4 days to grow 0.5cm (0.2 inch) which seems quite slow. totally agree, strain definitely matters a lot.
