Don't know if it made a difference, but when I went 12/12 I did that for 2 weeks, then I went 14/10 until I harvested. They say it helps, knocks maybe a few days off. On my second grow, I might just stay at 12/12 schedule when it gets to that point of the grow, not going to veg for 9 weeks...

I read not long ago that the perfect time is when your trichomes are cloudy over 50% with 50% amber, so your close. Keep your eye on those trichomes each day. If your grow system is hydro or aero-hydro, your gonna need to rinse those roots for a week before you cut.

Awesome photo, awesome grow. You need to check your trichomes, with a hand held microscope, you should not harvest until the trichomes are at least 50% cloudy, 50% clear. With the trichomes at 50/50, depending on the strain your growing, should a head high, wait alittle longer for the trichomes...

IMO you may have more than a couple of weeks. My gals took 10 weeks to flower and ripen. The key is the trichomes. When they start to cloud up, depending on your preferance, 50% cloudy w/ 50% clear trichomes, a very nice head high. At 70-80% cloudy w/lots of amber color, more of a body high. But...
