    Nutrient help...experts needed!

Some of the best organic fertilizers include Bone, Blood & Kelp meals; Maxicrop soluble seaweed powder; Bat & Seabird Guanos; Fish Emulsion; Worm Castings and Palm Bunch Ash (0-0-30). Liquid ferts need to be given to the plants manually, i.e. with a watering. Solid ferts should either be mixed...

to flush or not to flush...that is the question.

In addition to those mentioned, another reason to flush at the end of flowering is to minimize new bud growth. This is more beneficial to certain strains than to others and those with running tips or similarly continuous flower production get the most of this effect from flushing. Any bud...

1st Time FOX FARM NUTE user (soil)

You can mix them together to create a solution with your desired NPK ratio. You'll need at least two fertilizer mixes; one for veg (~5-4-3) and one for flowering (~3-4-5). Once you have a mixture of your ferts that creates the best NPK ratio for your plants, you just increase or decrease the...

It's Phosphorus deficiency and we'd make sure to give them a good amount of Potassium as well. Your pH may be a little high, which could cause or at least contribute to the P def. How did you test it?

What kind and How much bat guano?

It's roughly 1/3tsp pH Down crystals per 1TBS (15g) of Palm Ash steeped thoroughly in water. We're still occasionally working out a precise measurement of how much pH adjuster to use and will likely have to weigh it out in mg. Different acidifier brands & products will probably measure a little...

    flowering?

You could flower now. Alternatively, you could top it now to create two main stalks before flowering. The resulting stalks can also be topped until you have the number of colas that you want. You need to consider the strength of your flowering light & how far away it will support healthy growth...

Is NPK 1-1-1 same as 20-20-20??

Just to clarify a certain point, Yes, 10-10-10 fertilizer is ten times as strong as a 1-1-1 version of the exact same fertilizer *in the bag*. Your plants will still use the same amounts of nutrients no matter which of those two you use, though. For example, if your plants can handle a mixed...

    Mini plants and trimming/topping?

Most of a plant's growing resources are put into the top of the plant where new leaves are forming. By topping, you cut off that growing shoot at the top and leave a few nodes on the plant, each with a growing shoot on either side. Because the plant will still keep growing, its resources will...

Just give them a little extra P next feeding. If that one leaf is the only one with the problem then it may have just been damaged as it was growing in.

How are you testing the pH? Deformed leaves can be a symptom of incorrect pH or Phosphorus deficiency.

    Light damaged my roots!

As long as no more light is getting to the roots and they're being grown under good conditions, any plants with enough healthy roots left to keep them alive will probably be ok. Treat them like clones, keeping the humidity up and giving them a night cycle. Roots grow fastest at night, so...
