I saw these on one of my clones today should i be worried?

This one i gently touched and it fell of the stem And these are all my clones only thing i did was give them nutrients and they did this what can i do wat can it be

Day 23 its my white widow yesterday it was prefect, only differance is i did add fox farm to it did 2.5 ml to the gallon since it was the first time and after its 6 hours off it came out like this and i had feed yesterday and its drier then the others

They were planted one inch deep and water after were germinated for aboutt a week before they popped

When should i start nutrients i have a white widow thats 3 weeks under t5 lights and clones that are a month old also under t5? The picture below White widow on the top left and the right all clones bubbalicious

Yes i did water after planting and i did have them under t5 fluorescent lights 18/6

Okay i need opinions i have two seeds that have been germinated and have been put in soil, which have been inside a dome, tommarow (sunday) well make 21 days they are haze and my white rhino and nothing has sprouted should i wait a week or should i just consider them Dead kinda feeling bummed out
