    I love a cup of freshly ground coffee with a bong hit. I drink lightly roasted blend when I want the caffeine pick me up. I drink a dark roast in the evening after a meal. I've read somewhere that it can help with digestion.

    I've tried a reptile bulb. A uvb compact florescent bulb. I never knew about 15 min light cycling. I had it on the full time. 24hr and I burned the hell outta my plants. Be careful
