Check out Uncle Bens thread on topping techniques to get 2 or 4 main colas. I used this for my plant pictured here and chopped it right after the third sets of leaves. I think I counted around 24 main colas on this beauty and got just under a half pound from her. Gonna do that to all my plants now.

What I like about my worm bins is when I take some of the castings out for tea or top dressing, the worms fill in the hole left behind with more castings. Seems like they want to keep their yard all level and stuff!!!

I boiled up some of my cayenne peppers and made a spray with it. Strained it off then sprayed every few days and it certainly helped keep them under control. I also got a 2" wide soft paint brush and brushed the bottom of the leaves as much as possible to get rid of the mites.
