Thanks.. I take her at 68 days. The nugs are all very dense golf balls.. very pungent and the smell lingers about 20 minutes in the room. It's the only one the wife complains about... so you know it's good.

A buddy of mine had a friend who used to visit from Cali every year and bring some of his harvest... brought what he said was SFV OG one year about 12 years ago. I found only a few seeds, kept this one around since. It's exactly what you describe.. but I can't verify what it actually is.

Yep I believe GC is run by the same people. Same generic website and no-name breeders. I suspect they buy seeds in bulk and repackage them. I bought from both banks to check them out-- tried Blueberry Kush, Jack Herer, and C99 from GC. They were nothing special.

I use jbcseeds, the Seed Source, and Great Lakes Genetics.. they are U.S based.. but it depends on what part of the world you live. There are other good seedbanks with good reps that I haven't used. They all carry different breeders so if you're looking for something in particular I can try...

Well since these are not made by the original breeder.. you're most likely getting a feminized version of whatever pheno the made-up marketing "breeder" used. I had smoked Amnesia Lemon and Pineapple Chunk before so I had a frame of reference, and they were similar to what I remembered.. Just...

Yep it evens out over large sample size, but it's not much of a consolation for the guy who pays $80 for a pack of males.

Since "best" is pretty subjective and Bodhi has a lot of crosses, what effects/taste do you lean toward? Long or short flowering?

Sensi Star and Black Domina come to mind for classic strains. 'AK Bean Brains' (Sensi Star, Black Dom, AK4WAY) 'Crickets and Cicadas seeds' (Black Muddy River, Purple Hindu Kush x Kabul kush) plenty of other solid breeders out there with crosses like Bodhi, Vashon..

I usually take a sample bud periodically near the end of the grow so I can try to find the sweet spot without growing her out multiple times. I found the trich method unreliable unless you're growing the same clone.

JBC had a stealth drop of Vashon recently, some nice genetics.. def gonna grab something next month

I have 2 females in flower now, only about 2-3 weeks in... stretched a lot more than I expected. I'll put up some pics in a few weeks when they pack on some weight.
