Do you know the N-P-K of the food? Nutes that are specifically for bloom will be very low in nitrogen(N) and high in phosphorous(P) and potassium(K) so it is a lot harder to burn them than with veg nutes although still very possible.

The yellowing is normal but seems a bit early for this particular plant. Also the stems should never be purple like that until the final flush before harvest.

Looks like you need to feed more often than once every three weeks. The yellow leaves are nitrogen def, the purple stems are phosphorous def.
