I think they need to reconcile the contradiction that exists between what the Nevada Constitution says and what Nevada's Medical Marijuana Law says. Until that changes everything is sort of a mute point. The law might be stupid but it's still the law. I apologize if my way of looking at things...

Thanks for the clarification. According to the Americans for Safe Access website: "Nevada does not require an insurance carrier to reimburse you for the cost of your medicine." It doesn't say anything about canceling a policy. If it doesn't mention it I assume it's not an issue.
