Hmmm. I wouldn't be going sparingly on nutes at this time. Your leaves are showing all the signs of N, P, and K deficiencies. Less nutes is only accelerating the situation. And it is true that deficiencies will allow mold to take hold more easily.

That is a mutation that I've had as well. The leaf will grow normally but it will have an extra small finger grow out of the middle. I've actually seen it a few times and not just on my plants. No cause for worry. The more leaf surface area the better!
