Wait time for Nevada Medical Marijuana Application Packet.

More like budget cuts and furloughs than the holidays but whatever. I'm sure the government appreciate your support, Hardbuck! They don't seem to have many defenders these days. Hempy holidays y'all! :leaf:

Wait time for Nevada Medical Marijuana Application Packet.

I feel ya Loop - I'm going through my renewal process right now. I needed to call them to ask a couple of important questions so I did and left a message - that was on Monday of last week. They say that they only call back on Wednesday's and Friday's but that's not true. I waited around all day...

Setups for maximizing Nevada's Seven (7) Plant limits?

$50.00 for an application to get into the program, $200.00 - $300.00 for the doctor's appointment/recommendation, $25.00 for notary and fingerprinting, $150 when you submit your application to state, and $12 to the DMV when you pick up your card from them. Sheesh. What a racket!

Not according to the State of Nevada. If you want a designated caregiver you have to request a caregiver packet when you request an application from the Division of Health. If that is not the case then the Nevada State Health Division needs to update their website info. Best of luck to you -...

For the sake of clarity ... Also - You can't be a patient and someone's caregiver at the same time - it's either one or the other. If you want someone to be your caregiver or you want to be one for someone you have to request a registration package for caregivers in addition to the patient...

Setups for maximizing Nevada's Seven (7) Plant limits?

Cannabis seeds are illegal in the United States. That said, I can vouch for Nirvana. There were no problems at all as far as ordering goes and I'm very happy with what I got from them. The stealthy way they mail things is very cool.

Setups for maximizing Nevada's Seven (7) Plant limits?

First off I have to say that I'm not a lawyer and don't play one on the internet. That said, if I have a cutting from the one plant I'm growing and I decide that I want to give it to my fellow patient or caregiver who are also registered card holders operating within the law instead of growing...

That would be correct. You could always do as I did and start from seed. :leaf:

Setups for maximizing Nevada's Seven (7) Plant limits?

Northern Nevada is no man's land for medical marijuana patients. If some smart soul would set up a consultation service that patients could have access to once they are legal I think it would be of great benefit to the medical marijuana community way out here in the boonies. To be able to...

From the sound of these posts - I wouldn't count on it. It doesn't seem like Mr. Werner is interested in Nevada patients. DrReefer in Arizona | Investors and Partners wanted for Arizona dispensaries I have to admit I'm a bit dismayed by all of this. Good thing I don't have to renew my card...

NV: 6 Arrested In Vegas Marijuana Raid

"Leave aside for a moment the absurdity of the government ban on marijuana remaining illegal. It still makes no sense Nevada law permits the use of marijuana for medical purposes, but denies patients the most convenient and commonly accepted way of obtaining the drug: buying it. Under Nevada...
