Patients like myself are part of a state registry - I figured the feds already know about me. That's not the part that concerns me. The patients rights that were violated - now that concerns me a lot! You must be planning a very long holiday. It takes awhile to become a patient in Nevada.

I have not failed to remember anything. I'm well aware of what the federal law is and how it conflicts with state laws. Most of the people I know are also aware of this conflicting fact. I may be engaging in illegalities as far as the feds go but I'm 100% legal as far as the state is concerned...

I agree that gardening can be very therapeutic. I like it a lot but it has been very challenging for someone like myself with all my health issues. Things are the way they are here and I'm just doing what I need to do to get the medicine I need. Not sure why they would try and stop home growing...

I would tell you to check your PM's but you don't accept PM's. Did you know there are dispensaries in Vegas that honor Cali law? Yup. Mind you, none of this honoring is actually legal. Lots of black and white issues that blended making gray zones to pass through.
