why can't you build/put a small cabinet in your grow room? You really only need 1 cfl for 6 clones.

The aero pump is really more dependent on the pressure that it needs to maintain in order to make the water turn to a mist. It also depends on how many and which misters you use. The res size really doesn't have anything to do with it. More details?

I use R.O. water. This requires cal-mag at minimum. Adding some additional nutes helps stabilize the PH. Most people just use de-chlorinated tap water from what I've read.
