Nevada law is 1 ounce OR 4 immature plants OR 3 mature plants. Grow your own and you don't have to worry about the ounce rule.

Don't go to Nevada. Medical MJ is legal but dispensaries are not. State does not enforce but the fed raids dispensaries. Last raid state-wide by the ATF was Oct 2010.
