Yes they did. What I wanted to know is can licensed micro-growers sell directly to these places? From what GroErr is saying I take it that's a big no.

Does anyone have the final regulations yet? I'm still waiting to hear back from Health Canada. Big surprise there. Praying that they don't have to sell to LP's. That would just completely fuck things up right from the get go if that turns out to be the case.

K I sent Health Canada an email requesting the regulations and a application. See what they say I guess.

I sure hope that's not the case. Competition won't last long if that's the way it works. Would be nice if they could sell to legal dispensaries directly.
