If you move your grow to a different location than what is stated on your papers than NO, you are no longer "grandfathered". Yes their's a good chance you could beat it in court but just know that that's exactly what it could come down to and everything else that comes along with that.

I have a similar set up for veg as well. Using the same size pots and neoprene's. Mines also a diy job.
