High efficiency or not, that looks like a serious electric bill. It looks like 6-7k worth of wattage. On the other hand....plants look great and bountiful!

Looks like you got 1000 - 1500 watts going in your LED room. What are you running for HPS? I've been getting flak for suggesting that IMO I'm getting better results with hps.

Whoops, found it. Yes, totally agree that excessive defoliation is undesirable. I have a friend that does it and get good yields. Some of his plants end up looking like bonsai plants. To each there own I guess. I know what works for me. The popcorn bud goes into edibles.
