Is your pump in a bucket? You will need to run the hose in the side of the bucket. Or raise your trays. Water dosent run up hill and your pump is most likely not positive displacement. Meaning it needs water in it to pump.

MTF commimg along nicely. Think I have 7 on the go. All look real nice. Wish the boys would show. But most of my veg plants are holding out. 907 Bluegenes, same for these. No one is showing sex, some have been flipped, that should help.

It will be fine preventing flowering. I run 1 led house bulb in a 10x20 greenhouse from sundown till 12. No flowers.

Recirc works fine with coco. I used it in a greenhouse one season. 3 plants 20 gallon res. Dumped res when it got down to 3 gallons and refreshed with nutes/water. Nothing fancy either 3gallon pots. 40deg days, middle plant made a lb. Best way maybe not. But doable.

I cut 1x1x2" blocks to clone in or start seeds in. These are the ones I spin out. Then add back a mill or 2. I use a bit of peroxide in the soak. The cubes are way too wet for cloning in after soaking, after the spin they are about right. Nice and light. Spinner is not big enough for a big cube.

Just a tip on RW. Im not a RW grower per say but do some cloning and seed starting in RW. Soak in your prefered ph balancing liquid with whatever additives you use, then into the salad spinner. You can remove almost all the water without distorting the cube.

A vacuume break is basically a small leak downstream of the pump back to the rest. Usually just a small T in the discharge hose. When the pump shuts off it allows air in preventing siphoning.
