You should definitely check soil ph as well as look in soil for gnats that will fly out. They are from overwatering and lack of air circulation in between plants. Defoilate some and it will improve.. Neem oil is great for killing them as well

They are definitely over watered buddy. You are also experiencing a nitrogen deficiency... Have you done a slurry test on soil to test ph and ppm of it??
