For only two people your better off making milk and drinking it. Just decarb it, and let it stay in the double boiler for a couple hours. I made some with 4 grams of reggie, wasnt even mids and i got a decent high 3 times from it. So yea you split it youll be good.

Looks like the inline is mounted on a base plate thats built on it, and the straps look like light duty automotive pull/tie down straps. You can prolly get the straps at wal-mart or a parts store. They have the ratcheting kind also, but those look like the ones you just pull to tighten
