    Nice. I'd say that keeps them nice and warm. I have 3 that should sprout in the next day or two.

    There's no paper towels in nature. Get medium wet before planting seed, plant and put somewhere they will stay warm. Leave alone until sprout. If the seeds are good shouldn't be a problem besides being impatient.
