yes this will be for a high density sog. From my research 3000k is best for flower.
also the more of a led you buy from digikey the cheaper they are. So buying 528 of the same strip is worth it

Im thinking of building a strip one per sqft of far red leds that turn on at the end of day, and...
You think cheap Chinese non branded leds would do the job? Wasn’t sure if a non reputable brand would be useful as we won’t know if they are even outputting 280nm
Yeah i convert values to usd when posting on here so it’s easier for others to see. I noticed they are slightly cheaper if I switch the product code to the ones that come on a reel. I can get it that way for 2000 usd .
alibaba has a lot of 280nm chips but don’t know which ones you can trust to...
Oh I thought 280 was Uvc
Just googled it and realised I was wrong. Might see if I can make a decent strip of those.
What do cutter and samsung use as a pcb? It isn’t aluminium sheet is it?
Damn even with those individual diodes 1 per sqft would set me back nearly 3000 usd

Hopefully over next year...
Yeah I know what you were talking about buddy. Is my understanding of led light coverage completely wrong?
If you had one single strip in the middle of your 4 x 4 and you dim it to a low enough wattage so that the plants directly below your strip at 6 inches don’t get fried your coverage is...
