These where the ones that bounced back I feed them 1/4 of a cup twice a day in a spray bottle really because I have no Life. But they seem to love it and the gg4 clone perked up aswell

No I mean over watering, I had the same look a few weeks ago I let them dry out for then normal and they perked right up. Where it's not the whole plant could just mean a part of the root got more water then the others. I could be wrong though.

Always add ph up or down after nutrients are mixed with water, never combined nutrients without water I always fill a gal but leave room for nutrients

If you're just transplanting the net pot I don't see why not. If not I think it would be more trouble and risk damaging roots. But if you can safely do it without root damage I don't see why not. Sorry just got stoned if this sounds weird.
