cool yeah, as suspected no UVB on the standard LED setup Agromax saying in effect then that 64uw/cm2 is a safe limit for amount of UVB if they recommend a distance of 4 feet - are you running these agromax lights, do you have them on normal lighting schedule? thanks

ouch! so the agromax T5 Pure series lists "UV" output at 64 microwatts/cm2 at a distance of 4 Feet (on their website) - so will assume 48 microwatts/cm2 as this is 75% of 64 ? i cant get these bulbs where i live anyway so that rules them out Exo Terra UVB200 26 watt lists UVB output at 225...

datasheet doesnt seem to show microwatt/cm2 so hard to say

Hi, spent last couple of days reading up on UVB addition to grows - some people seem to recommend and are getting good results will agree that there doesnt seem to be any clear data or experiments (maybe there are but i havent seen them yet) Im thinking of going with these UVB200 26w bulbs...

ive got plenty of vertical height so i can keep them back a good bit - no way would i run them a few inches away, i tried that with my Mars light but its just way too close thanks

Hi, im running these with dimming option from HLG320 1400ma driver, CB binning How can I know how high to turn up the dimmer without causing deterimental effects to my plants? the plants are in 2.5 x 2.5 space thank you

Im using stranded 16 AWG wire - looks like ill have to go for some non stranded wire, really disappointed with this wire socket thing, seems to accept a paper clip end but will not accept the wire no matter what i do - tried tinning them as well but just wont go in really frustrating :( any tips??

yeah kinda sweet smell, wouldnt be pungent or anything, i dont think this run ever will be at this stage
