Cut of Fofana in a 4x4 tent, under a 400 watt Vero29 cob (3500k) and a cheap 300 watt (175 actual output) Chinese led. Grown in coco with Cyco nutrients/tap water. 4-5 weeks till chop.

Update: One Strawberry in coco, under a 400 watt Vero29 cob from timbergrowlights.com, in a 3x3 tent. Used Cyco nutrients lineup. Total dry weight was a little over 20 oz. (1.25 pounds)

Update : I went with the Vero29 400 watt (3500k) from timbergrowlights.com.... Temperatures in the 3x3ft tent stayed about the same as a 400 watt hid cool tube.... But I got a noticeably better yield from the Vero29 cobs. 400 watt Vero29 cob = 195 par 400 watt hps = 125 par 400 watt MH = 140 par

I have always added a good amount of ice plus water. Finding the right mix is important as I don't want to grind the herb if it's possible to.... but I have never had that problem. I assume grinding herb would result in my larger screens catching organic material which they don't. Or I would see...

Already running some nice photos... Just figured I would throw an auto into my veg tent to see how it grew etc because I have never tried growing one before.
