Well its been some time again from my last update. Been working on building some more rooms. :hump:
Recently i transplanted the three Sunshine Daydream ls into 6 inch pots and topped each one down to the 3rd node, keeping the tops as clones. Things are going well!
The three plants in the...
Hey she finished already. Had to deal with some spider mites at the end there so I chopped about a week early but she still turned out great! Had to throw out maybe two ounces that were pretty infested but still got 4 full jars of some dank pineapple/grapefruity bud :blsmoke:
Hey just did the clean on all my buds last night , took about 7 hours to completely finish. Saw a lot of mites washed away hopefully it got the majority of them gone. Will let you guys know how it turns out. Thanks for the help all.
Peace.
Yeah I don't know much else to do so I'm hoping this works. I've already started the clean on my other rooms and have some sprays on the way.
They spread to my tangie ghost train in the tent right next to this one unfortunately. Gotta treat that plant now too!
Thanks for the help.
Well I'm harvesting tomorrow so my plan is to do the bud wash and hopefully most of the mites are taken care of.
The bud wash is three 2.5 gallons of Water, the first with room temp water and 3% hydrogen peroxide. The second has hot water with 1/2 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup lemon juice. The...
Hey man just wanted to give ya another thanks for sharing that great info! I just got outta work and watched a video on how to wash buds and will definitely be giving this a try! Should solve my problem very well. May even consider doing this after every grow if it turns out well...:bigjoint...
Was thinking about doing something like this. I saw a video of some guy who takes a hose on mist and sprays the shit out of his plant to wash most of them off. Might have to give this a try. Also read something about sticking the buds in the freezer for a couple hours to freeze and kill the...
Hmm thanks i will try and look into this it would help a ton. Ive heard something about canola oil maybe thats it? Im just worried about mite staying on my buds and reproducing while there in the jar.
So another question. If I am to harvest soon what will happen with the spider mites? I notice how they are all on my buds. Will they stay on my buds when drying and curing or is there anything I need to do come harvest to get rid of these buggars!
Oh I will for sure. I'm usually always cleaning out my tents but I had been so busy these last few weeks I kinda skimpt on it a bit. Situations like these only makes ya a better grower though!
Also I found this product off amazon

Has anyone used this? It says you can spray and harvest same day without any harm
SO my beautiful c99 has spider mites. And those little bastards are everywhere. Its in flowering and has only one week until harvest. Is there anyway to organically / naturally kill these mites off and save my plant with such little time?
Yesterday when I noticed I sprayed my tent down with a...
Depending on the starin you wanna stop tucking about 2-3 weeks in. 2 weeks for a more indica style plant that doesnt stretch much and 3 weeks for a more stretchy sativa.
